Instead of doing a podcast this week, I did a podcast. Meaning instead of calling up someone to interview, someone called me for one instead. I love being interviewed: I still get to talk to really cool people, but I don’t have to take notes. Because no matter how much fun I have talking to people every week, I’m still trying to take notes and make sure I don’t miss anything. It’s fun to just kick back and answer questions–and in the case of yesterday’s program, dance during the breaks: when Mark went away for a commercial break, there was great music, and I danced around the studio while I was waiting for him to return.
In case you’re not familiar with Mark, The King of Quilting, here’s his website, where you’ll find links to his blog and radio show and everything else, including the blog post about yesterday’s show [Note: we’re trying to figure out where that photo of the necklace came from; it’s certainly not mine. It’s gorgeous, but I didn’t make it and certainly don’t claim it was my own work.] as well as the program itself. Just take a little time and wander around–Mark is a hoot, and you’re sure to find something you love.
