I love the possibilities new journals hold for me. Making them out of unexpected items would be lots of fun!

I’ve always kept a journal and always created art, but I’ve never combined the two. I’d love to explore that possibilty with this book.

I’ve always loved the idea of keeping a journal. Especially a visual journal. I buy really great books to journal in…then look at all the blank space in the gorgeous new book…and put the book on the shelf. I hate that my fear keeps me from filling the book with amazing art. Maybe a book like the delicious-looking Alternative Art Journals would destroy that fear and allow me to create with reckless abandon??

So it sent my comment before I was done squawking…I was going to say that the winner of the book will be in for a feast of eye candy! Thank you for offering such a cool giveaway! 🙂

I am not an art journal-er. They remind me of a to-do list for some reason???? And I hate to-do lists!! This books has such cool alternative ways to journal – I think it would help me get past my blocked feeling about journaling. It looks like a great book. Thanks for the chance to win!

I have taken some e-peeks into this book. What I have seen appeals to me. The fact that it takes an alternative approach to typical art journaling is the hook here.

I would love to explore a new medium to express my inner visions and believe the book would help me accomplish that.
