I Love New Orleans

It feels like it's been forever since I've been to my favorite city, but in truth it's been less than two years since we were there with Katherine Engen of Valley Ridge.

For years, we went to SatchmoFest, held the first weekend in August and filled with free music, good food, and really nice people. The last two years, though, we've gone to Art Unraveled instead, working on Destination Creativity and hanging out with artists. This year, it's time to go back to New Orleans, and as you read this, we're on our way. I know there are legions of fans of the Crescent City, so I thought I'd share some of my favorite of my husband's photos from past visits.

On Friday I'll show some more photos, these of artists we love to visit when we go to New Orleans~~   Ricë also blogs at The Voodoo Cafe.
