What you'll need to get started:
- permanent marker
- bleach pen
- Puffy Paint fabric paint
- Plastic palette
- Fine-tipped paint brush
- Paper towels
- Fabric Fusion fabric glue
- Ceramic or glass mug
- Mod Podge
- Mod Podge Paint
- Rubbing alcohol
- 1” flat paintbrush
- Nontoxic hypoallergenic spray shellac
- Cardboard box and/or newspaper
- Colored tissue paper
- Inexpensive picture frame (5” x 7” frames are used in the video)
- X-Acto or craft knife
- Paper cutter
- Vibrabt Nootes colored paper or other colored note paper
- Micron pens
- Extra fine iridescent glitter
- Black and white photo
- Glue stick
- White Gelly Roll pen
- Blending stump

About Tiffany Lovering
