Desire to Inspire: Inspirational Character Study
Hosted by Christine Mason Miller
Date: Thursday, February 23, 2012
Starting Time: 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time
Price: FREE!
About the Webinar
Inspired by Desire to Inspire stories and exercises created by Kate Swoboda, Penelope Dullaghan, Christine Castro Hughes, Christen Olivarez, and Carolyn Rubenstein.
This webinar will give participants the opportunity to learn more—via the exploration and examination of their favorite characters in literature and film—about the values and dreams most meaningful and important to them by working through a simple but fun, relatable and enlightening process (using nothing more exotic than paper, pen, index cards, collage papers and ephemera, glue sticks and scissors) intended to bring peace, clarity and inspiration.
With Christine by your side, you’ll build character studies around your favorite characters from books and film. You’ll focus on the traits that attract you to those characters and the situations and experiences that have influenced their personalities, with an eye to unlocking truths and wisdoms that you can apply to your own life. Christine will then offer suggestions for how to make those wisdoms an inspirational everyday part of your life, how they can “feed the soul.”
The webinar content is structured so participants can continue with and expand on their character study projects long after this special event is over.
This presentation, like our others, will wrap up with a Q&A session during which you’ll have an opportunity to ask Christine questions.
Everyone who registers for this event will receive:
• Suggestions and ideas for continuing to use character study as a means toward motivation and inspiration.
• A FREE recording of the webinar.
• An opportunity to order Christine’s book, Desire to Inspire (and other goodies!), through northlightshop.com at a special discount! (Discount code will be provided at the end of the session.)
